I hate to spray them with the smelly deer repellent, cuz' their blooms smell too good, but it's gotta happen before I have no plants left! I like your variegated variety, I have "Nora Leigh' which is also variegated, but different.lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18133943147518051559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154430149403837057.post-2212505040379729592007-09-17T15:09:00.000-06:002007-09-17T15:09:00.000-06:00Lovely phlox, I especially like the variegated one...Lovely phlox, I especially like the variegated one!Iowa Gardening Womanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13457574109288160557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154430149403837057.post-22388464734210119622007-09-05T06:57:00.000-06:002007-09-05T06:57:00.000-06:00Cliff, now you give me the spending too much money...Cliff, now you give me the spending too much money bug.. The variageted one is very cool.
All the best to you and yours. Maybe that is the trade off when you buy a hybrid?
Dirty - I love the varigated plants of all kinds also. I think this one I ordered from Garden Crossing. Their plants are priced on the high side but they are good quality.
Guild - Thanks for the encouragement.
Andrea - I would agree any garden without Phlox is not a garden. Everytime I see a post about phlox, I think I must buy some better ones!

I like the saturated color of the one whose name you don't remember, but I think I'm dreaming of billowy, white phlox.LostRoseshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06586462466899344347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3154430149403837057.post-28081632230896063452007-09-01T06:09:00.000-06:002007-09-01T06:09:00.000-06:00the phlox are nice. i bought the Elisabeth one thi...the phlox are nice. i bought the Elisabeth one this year too.
